When a deposit is required

• Selected bookings made through our online self-booking page require a deposit of 1,000 THB before the booking is confirmed.
• The amount is always shown on screen before you pay, and again on the Stripe payment page.
• Your time slot is held for you for 10 minutes while you complete the payment. If payment is not completed in time, the slot is released automatically.

The deposit is non-refundable

• Once the deposit is paid, the booking cannot be cancelled, rescheduled or refunded.
• The deposit is deducted from the price of your service when you arrive — it is not an extra charge.
• If you do not arrive for your appointment (no-show), or arrive too late for the booked service, the deposit is forfeited.

In-spa service only

• All services are performed at our spa premises only.
• We do not offer outcall service — no hotel visits, no home visits, under any circumstances.

Changing therapist after booking

• If you ask to change your therapist after the booking has been made, a change fee of 500 THB applies.
• This applies to every advance booking, whether or not a deposit was paid.

What you accept before paying

• Before the payment page opens you must tick a box on our booking page confirming that you understand the deposit is non-refundable and that the booking cannot be cancelled or rescheduled once paid.
• We record the date, time and text of that acceptance together with your booking.
