The Services may include booking, customer support, promotions, and content related to spa programs and therapist availability.

Booking confirmation is subject to availability and our acceptance.
Prices, program durations, and promotions may change without notice unless required by law.
Cancellation / reschedule rules may apply. If a cancellation policy is shown during booking, it becomes part of these Terms for that booking.
If you are unable to pay via available methods, please walk in to the branch for assistance.
You agree to provide accurate information when booking or contacting us.
You must not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any booking codes, links, or accounts you use.
You may receive communications related to bookings (e.g., confirmations, reminders, changes) via channels such as LINE, email, phone, or other messaging platforms you choose to use.
Marketing messages (if any) will be sent only where permitted, and you may opt out when an opt-out method is provided.
If you access the Services through a third-party platform (for example, TikTok), your use may also be subject to that platform’s terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party platforms, their availability, or their actions.
Any integration features (e.g., login, links, analytics) are provided "as is" and may change depending on third-party requirements.
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials in the Services are owned by Mandel Spa or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written permission.
You must not upload or send unlawful, abusive, harassing, or infringing content through the Services.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Services in a way that harms the Services or violates applicable laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mandel Spa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant service giving rise to the claim (if any).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
