Services & Massage Types
What is Thai Aroma Massage?
Thai Aroma combines gentle Thai stretching with aromatherapy oil, giving both muscle relief and deep relaxation. It is slower and more soothing than traditional dry Thai massage.
What is the difference between Aromatherapy and Thai Aroma?
Aromatherapy massage focuses on long, flowing oil strokes for relaxation. Thai Aroma adds Thai-style stretching and pressure-point work on top of the oil, so it is a bit more therapeutic for tight muscles.
Which therapist is best for stretching?
Several of our therapists specialise in aerial/Thai stretching. Tell us on LINE what you are looking for (deep stretch, sport recovery, flexibility) and we will recommend the best match, or filter therapists by service on our website.
What is the Stretching & Massage program?
Unlike traditional Thai massage — which mainly gives passive stretching — our Stretching & Massage program first warms up your muscles with active, dynamic stretching, then combines it with massage. It improves flexibility and range of motion, helps correct posture, and relieves tight muscles from desk work or training.
Does Sport Massage at Mandel Spa use oil?
Yes. Our Sport Massage uses oil. It combines deeper, targeted pressure on tight or overworked muscles with oil for smooth strokes — ideal for recovery after training or relieving muscle knots.
Do you offer Boyzilian (male Brazilian) waxing?
Yes. We offer Boyzilian (full male intimate) waxing along with other men's waxing services, done by trained male staff in a private, hygienic room. Please book in advance so we can prepare the room and time for you.
Which massage is best for first-time visitors?
Aromatherapy or Thai Aroma is a good first choice. Aromatherapy is softer and relaxing, while Thai Aroma adds more stretching and pressure work.
Which massage is best for office workers with neck, shoulder or back pain?
Thai Aroma, Sport Massage or Stretching & Massage may be suitable, depending on how much pressure and stretching you prefer.
Can I request soft, medium or strong pressure?
Yes. Please tell your therapist your preferred pressure before the session starts, and you can ask them to adjust anytime during the massage.
Do you offer 60-minute, 90-minute and 120-minute sessions?
Program duration depends on the service. Many massage programs are available in 90 or 120 minutes, and some services may have shorter options.
